Our beautiful brand was founded by Sydney artist and designer, Eloïse Panetta.

From an early age, Eloïse closely observed her Grandmother as she sewed and constructed garments. This interest later bloomed into a passion for pattern-making evidently stemming from this beautiful exchange of skills and making - from one generation to the other.

Eloïse’s love for creating continued to blossom into a career in fashion design, which led to working for a leading Australian fashion label.

After several years working in a design role, and a desire to begin a brand of her own, Eloïse returned to study, this time completing a Master of Fine Arts in Sydney, Australia. Throughout this chapter, her interest deepened for botanical dyeing, painting and jewellery making where she learned to further develop and explore these skills.

As a designer and artist, Eloïse’s craftswomanship embodies a unique and beautiful authenticity. Her designs carry a symbolic essence that resonates with Eloïse’s personal touch and passion for creating beautiful things. It’s a quality that’s hard to put into words but can be felt when experiencing her stunning products. 

Eloïse actively leads the EP Atelier and brand in Sydney, now supported by a small team of women helping her bring each vision to life.

Yes we sure do! We often get asked if we can accomodate work experience and internships in our Sydney studio and most of the time we can. Depending on the time of year and our workload, we might be able to accomodate you.

We proudly handcraft every product with love right here in our Sydney studio.

Our products are handmade to order using an on demand/made to order model.This means that we only produce each product as the order comes through, which helps us reduce wastage and allows us to be completely intentional about what we bring into the world.

We only make what you want to buy and this helps us minimise fashion over production and wastage.

Your beautiful silk product is designed to be loved and worn.

Silk Hair accessories:

• Do not soak or immerse in water

• Cool iron or steam if needed
• Avoid contact with wet hair

Silk Compact Mirrors:

• Delicate spot clean only with water
• Do not soak or immerse in water
• Do not dry clean
• Store in protective linen pouch

We use a unique process called botanical dyeing to create our original artworks. We then turn these artworks into a digital repeat pattern for the purpose of digital printing. From here, we get our designs digitally printed onto silk, creating our exclusive and one of a kind botanical print silk textiles.

If you would like to cancel your online order, we can accomodate your request providing the order has not been fulfilled, posted and you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of you placing the order or if the order has been fulfilled or posted already. Please email customer care at contact@eloisepanetta.com with your name and order number within 24 hours of placing the order and we can help you.

We take so much pride and care when making and packing your order. Every product is packed with love by our dedicated team. In the rare chance you receive the wrong product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing your name, order number and providing a photograph of your parcel and product. We will be able to assist you ASAP.

While we don't offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases, we will always do what we can to make you happy if you are not satisfied with the quality of your product.

If you've received a faulty product, please get in touch by emailing our team at contact@eloisepanetta.com within 24 hours of receiving your faulty item and our friendly staff will get back to you ASAP and help resolve the issue.

We do offer gift wrapping and request you leave us a note at checkout if you would like gift wrapping.

We ship Australia wide only using Australia Post ‘Standard Parcel Postage’ which offers a delivery time estimate of 2-8 business days after product has been dispatched -This does not include production lead time of 7 business days. Read our Shipping Policy

We offer postage Australia wide for a flat rate of $10

While we do not currently offer International shipping, we can offer it on a case by case basis. If you are based outside Australia and would like to order our products please get in touch by emailing contact@eloisepanetta.com and we can quote you on shipping costs.
